1. Data controller
Chilaquil Software ("Chilaquil") is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any matter related to this notice, write to us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form:
- Full name.
- Email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
- The description of your process or project, your area of interest and any company information you choose to share.
Automatically, when you use the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used for site security and to tell people from automated programs; and, only if you accept, browsing data through Google Analytics (see section 7).
We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes
Purposes needed to handle your request:
- Analyzing your requirements to prepare and send you a tailored proposal.
- Contacting you to follow up on the proposal or clarify questions about your project.
- Registering you as a prospective client in our internal system.
- Protecting the site and the form against abuse and automated submissions.
Additional purposes, not needed to handle your request:
- Sending you newsletters or information about our services.
- Marketing or advertising.

4. Service providers and transfers
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law. To run the site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf with appropriate security measures; some of them operate outside Mexico:
- Hosting server, where form requests are stored.
- Cloudflare, to deliver the site securely and check that whoever sends the form is a person (Turnstile).
- Telegram, to notify our team of each new request.
- Google (Google Analytics), to measure site usage, only if you accept.
5. Retention
We keep your data while it is needed to handle and follow up on your request and on any business relationship that may result from it. We then delete it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights and withdrawing consent
You may access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, have it deleted, or object to its use for specific purposes (ARCO rights), and you may withdraw any consent you have given us. To do so, send your request to [email protected] with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. We will answer within the time limits set by law.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary: we store your cookie preference in your browser, and Cloudflare uses technical mechanisms for site security and the anti-spam check. They are not used for advertising.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics uses cookies (
_ga,_ga_*, lasting up to two years) to learn, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which sections they use. They are only set if you accept; otherwise Google Analytics only receives measurements without cookies or identifiers.
You can change your choice at any time from (also in the footer) or by clearing your browser's cookies.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may change because of new legal requirements, our services or our privacy practices. We will publish any change at chilaquil.mx/en/privacy.
